CHOCOLATE CLUSTERS

My Chocolate Clusters are so delicious and they make
for a perfect tasty gift for your friends.

Just wrap them up cute and deliver the sweets.

This is all you need for your Chocolate Clusters.

Two bags of your favorite milk chocolate chips.
Two bags of dried cranberries.
16 oz of can of salted cocktail peanuts.
Chopped up candy canes (very tiny).

Over a double boiler melt all the chocolate.

Tumble in all the peanuts, cranberries and candy canes.

BTW...I pulled the large candy canes out and chopped
them up smaller.

Give the bowl a good mix.

Spoon the candy onto a pan and garnish with a
bit of a cranberry and candy cane.

Place the pan in the fridge to harden up
for about 30 minutes.

This recipe makes lots of delicious
Chocolate Clusters.

Grab your favorite festive platter for serving your
Chocolate Clusters.

How Yummy does this look....

Please have a Chocolate Cluster before
I wrap them up cute to
give to my friends.

Enjoy!

P.S.

These Chocolate Clusters freeze great for a later date :)

CRANBERRY PEANUT CLUSTER

With a little help from my friends I whipped up my traditional Christmas candy.

Cranberry Peanut Cluster Candy is such a tasty treat that takes only
three ingredients. It's a perfect holiday gift to give to
your friends...

Let's make some Christmas Magic!

Over a double boiler melt two bags of chocolate chips.
Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate is my favorite:)

Have one of your friends keep stirring the chocolate chips till all are melted.

Once the chocolate is completely melted toss in about ....

1 cup of Planter Peanuts
1 cup of dried Cranberries

Give the bowl a stir. If you want to add more peanuts or cranberries,
go for it...I did.

This looks perfect :)

With help from my friends I just dolloped a spoon size amount
of the candy mixture on to a cookie sheet.

Top each of the candies with a few cranberries.

Now my Grinch, Hot Nutcracker And Santa will take the candy
to the fridge so it can firm up.

Absolutely going to enjoy this bowl before these three do :)

Then just place the Cranberry Peanut Clusters on a tray.

This is a perfect treat for your Holiday Party that everyone will love!

Please have one because this candy is delicious and it just Jingles all the boxes...

Salty & Sweet

We have a few Christmas Parties to go to and my traditional
Cranberry Peanut Clusters make for a great hostess gift.

With my candy I like to bring festive spatulas and of course...great wine :)

Enjoy!

P,S.

I made two batches of this yummy candy and placed them in baggies
to gift later this week and a few for our family too.

Merry Christmas Everyone!

COW PIES

Cow Pies Are Insanely Delishhh....

This candy takes about 10 minutes to whip up and has 3 ingredients.

It's a combination of rich chocolate, crunchy peanuts and sweet dried cranberries in every bite.

Cow Pies make for a fabulous gift but be sure to save a jar for yourself.

Grab 2 bags of your favorite milk chocolate.

Over a double boiler slowly melt the chocolate pieces.

Open up a can of peanuts and a bag of cranberries.

Smash up a bunch of candy canes for garnish.

Pull the chocolate off the stove top and toss in 1 cup of peanuts.

You could add more if you like it really nutty :)

Pour in the whole bag of cranberries.

Give the bowl a good mix and have a taste :)

With a spoon start dropping the pies on tray or pan.

Sprinkle the Cow Pies with the candy canes and place in the fridge to firm up.

Second tray done and off to the fridge :)

Lots of Christmas candy in my kitchen.

Santa is guarding the refrigerator door so that no
one will steel any of the Cow Pies!

Thank You Santa!

Time to gift these Cow Pies up.

Grab some cute mason jars and fill them up with the
delicious Cow Pies.

Have a Cow Pie before I close the lids :)

Tie a Christmas bow.

Cute name tags and off they go. Fa La La

My favorite candy making helpers in my kitchen!

Now for a little Christmas music!

Enjoy!

P.S.

This recipe lends it's self well to variations. Sometimes I used dark chocolate
chips, and substitute walnuts or almonds instead of peanuts.
If you don't like cranberries leave them out and go
with dried cherries and raisins.

Do you know why they are called Cow Pies? Wink

COW PATTIES

Cow Patties Are Insanely Delishhh....

This candy takes just about 10 minutes to whip up and only 3 ingredients.
It's a combination of rich chocolate, crunchy peanuts
and sweet dried cranberries in every bite :)

Cow Patties make for fabulous holiday gifts but be sure to save a jar for yourself.

Three Ingredients right here!

This recipe lends itself well to variations; sometimes I use dark chocolate chips
and substitute walnuts or almonds for the peanuts. If you don't
like cranberries leave them out or go with dried
cherries and raisins.

With my Redhead spatula I melted two bags of my favorite chocolate chips,
" Ghirardelli", on the stove top in a double boiler.

Once the chocolate is all smooth and melted, pull it off the stove.

Toss in two bags of cranberries and about a cup of peanuts.
If you want more peanuts add more :)

Give the bowl a good mix.

Have a taste but be warned this batter is Supremely Decadent :)

Then just drop about a tablespoon of the batter onto a parchment line cookie sheet.

Grab another sheet pan and continue to finish off the batter.

Place the trays into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to harden and set up,

Look how many Cow Patties this recipe makes :)

Grab a fun Holiday platter and what the heck, since they are Cow Patties
display the yummy candies on the Cowhide :)

I honestly think you will fall in love with these Cow Patties
and will make them all year long.

Please have one :)

Grab some fun jars and fill them up!

Add a little Holiday Sprit to the jars and drop them off at your
friends or neighbors front door for a little
Christmas Surprise. Fa La La

I see my jar :)

John and I went to a friends house for dinner and
this is what we brought....

Cow Patties & Our Favorite Sauvignon Blanc

Enjoy!
