Cheese Pie Bites

Some Cheese & Crackers that look like slices of Pumpkin Pie.

Cheese Pie Bites!

This appetizer is perfect for your Thanksgiving Day
to gobble up before dinner!

I think they are also perfect for your game day spread.

This is all you need to make your Cheese Pie Bites...

Place your triangle Triscuit cracker down on a tray and dap some
Alouette cheese on it. The cheese acts like your glue.

Slice the cheese in triangles to fit the cracker.

Grab a Chicken Biskit cracker and break it in half. With the Alouett
cheese glue it to the back of the cheese. Now
you have a crust for your

Cheese Pie Bites.

Now just grab a cocktail andf pass the tray.

Enjoy!

DILL PICKLE CHEESE CRACKERS

Calling All Pickle Lovers!

These Pickle Cheese Crackers aren't just for Pickleball Players but
the Cheddar Cheese did compete against the Mozzarella
and they tied in Deliciousness!

These Dill Pickle Cheese Crackers are salty, savory and perfectly crispy
with tangy dill pickles, cheese and just a sprinkle of
Everything Bagel Seasoning.

It's the perfect combination of flavors for an addicting snack and
pairs great with a nice cold beer or classic Coca-Cola.

Dill Pickle Cheese Crackers are so easy to make with just three ingredients.

Grab two muffin pans and coat them with olive oil.

On the first muffin pan add some freshly shredded Cheddar
into each cup (about 1/4 cup).

Next, add two dill pickle chips on top of the cheese.

Top with a sprinkle of Everything Bagel Seasoning.

Grab the second pan and add some Mozzarella cheese
and again sprinkle with the seasonings.

Off to a 375 degree oven for 9 to 12 minutes or
until the edges begin to brown.

Yum!

Let the crackers cool just a bit before removing.

With a knife they will slip right out of the cups.

Transfer the Dill Pickle Cheese Crackers to a
paper towel to drain and crisp up a bit.

Serve with some Ranch Dressing for dipping if you
like but they sure taste great all by themselves!

Grab a Coke or Beer and enjoy because they are
Super Delicious!

Have a taste and tell me these Dill Pickle Cheese Crackers
aren't just ADDICTING .....

Enjoy!

Small entertaining calls for Big flavors!

My favorite Whitehall Lane Sauvignon Blanc & My favorite Dip!

This Salsa de Parmigiano is just absolutely delicious and not to lie, the recipe
came right from Chef Michael Chiarello. He serves this dip with his
homemade bread at his restaurant Bottega in Napa, Ca.

Be careful! This dip is addictive and you may not want to share!

In a medium size bowl add in....

1/2 pound Parmesan cheese
1/2 pound Asiago cheese

Chop up 2 tablespoons of green onions and toss into the bowl.

Give the bowl a mix. Cover and let stand at room
temperature for at least 4 hours before using.

This dip makes for a fabulous homemade gift for your friends.

CHERRY TOMATO JAM

All you need to hold on to summer all year long are some cherrie tomatoes,
water and sugar and you will have this jam all year!

Smells like tomatoes but doesn't taste like tomatoes because it's so sweet.

Tastes like "Summer Candy In A Jar".

Load up on all those beautiful tomatoes that are growing like crazy this time of year.

Slice up 3 cups of the cherry tomatoes and pop them into a sauce pan.

Measure out 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water.

Mix the sugar and water in with the tomatoes.

Place the tomatoes on the stove top and bring them up to a boil.

Once the tomatoes come to a boil immediately lower heat to a simmer
and cook for 35 minutes until the tomatoes have completely burst and a thick jam is formed.

It's been boiled, simmered and now it's thick and rich :)
Grab your colander.

Strain the tomatoes through the holes of the colander, pushing it through
with the back of a spatula or spoon. The colander will catch
all the peals. Keep the seeds because you
want to know what you are eating :)

Return the mixture to the saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes until it's
completely thick and has a jam-like consistency.

Let the jam cool and store it in whatever you like.

Smells like summer here with my luscious
Sweet Tomato Jam all jarred up!

Homemade corn bread topped with the jam is just divine!

Sweet Cherry Tomato Jam even tastes amazing on just simple toast.

Have a bite because it is so yummy and bet you have never tasted it before:)

Sweet Tomato Cherry Jam just tastes great on just about anything like...

Burrata Cheese
Crackers
Bagel
English Muffins
On Top Of a Sliced Tomato
On Top Of Some Polenta
On Top Of A Grilled Pork Chop

Keep summer alive and share a few jars with some friends :)

Cherry Tomato Jam makes for a great hostess gift because anything

"Home Made " is the best gift!

Enjoy!
