CHOCOLATE CLUSTERS

 

My Chocolate Clusters are so delicious and they make

for a perfect tasty gift for your friends.

Just wrap them up cute and deliver the sweets.

This is all you need for your Chocolate Clusters.

Two bags of your favorite milk chocolate chips.

Two bags of dried cranberries.

16 oz of can of salted cocktail peanuts.

Chopped up candy canes (very tiny).

Over a double boiler melt all the chocolate.

Tumble in all the peanuts, cranberries and candy canes.

BTW...I pulled the large candy canes out and chopped

them up smaller.

Give the bowl a good mix.

Spoon the candy onto a pan and garnish with a

bit of a cranberry and candy cane.

Place the pan in the fridge to harden up 

for about 30 minutes.

This recipe makes lots of delicious

Chocolate Clusters.
