Pigs IN A BLANKET

 


Pigs In A Blanket go big on game day especially with a large Andouille Sausage!

Ummmm , my mind was blown at this appetizer hack, so be sure to 
make plenty and freeze for the next football game.


Let's start the pre-game with these simple ingredients.


Role out the playing field with 1 box of puff pastry.


Lay out the Andouille sausage on the puff pastry. You can
cut in half where it curves but I did not.


Wrap the length of the sausage up tight with the pastry.


Seal the edge with melted butter.


Top the roll with more melted butter.


Sprinkle the pastry with LOTS of Everything Bagel seasoning.


Make slices about, 1 inch thick.


Place the Pigs In The Blanket on a lined parchment sheet
pan and bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes
till they are golden brown.


 Looks yummy and wow I love how Pigs In The Blanket
come in all delicious shapes and sizes.


The Football game is about to start so plate 
The Bigs In The Blanket with some mustard for dipping.

Don't forget the Cocktails.

P.S.


The Puff Pastry comes with two sheets so I 
made a second batch to freeze.


Saved for the next Football game and my pregame 
prep will be very very quick :)
