SHEET-PAN MAPLE-DIJON SAUSAGE AND FALL VEGGIES

This is the Sheet-Pan-Maple-Dijon Sausage and Fall Veggies meal!

This sheet pan dinner is quick and easy to make. Full of delicious Fall flavors.

I made this Sheet Pan dish for a very casual mid-week dinner party.

Upgrade your Football Watch Party with this dish. It will ensure you
are not stuck in the kitchen or outside at the grill
while you favorite team is playing.

Now you can be front and center on the couch with the gang while a delicious
meal is cooking away in the oven. All the prep
was done the night before!

Game On!
Dump Everything On A Sheet Pan And Roast.

Pour a good bit of olive oil on to a sheet pan.
Tumble in lots of garlic and rosemary.

On to the sheet pan add...

Sliced Butternut Squash
 Sliced Mini Red Potatoes
 Sliced Mini Golden Potatoes
Sliced Mini Brussel Sprouts

Turn all the vegetables cut side down so they get a nice golden sear!

Sprinkle of salt & pepper.

A shake shake shake of dried Italian Seasoning
and a bit more olive oil over the top.

Roast the vegetables for the first round in a 400 degree
oven for about 15 minutes.

For the yummy sauce add 1/3 cup of maple syrup
and 1/3 cup of Dijon mustard to a bowl.

Give the bowl a whisk.

Roughly slice up one red onion.

Slice up two Andouille Smoke Sausages.

Set this aside till veggies are done.

Remove the sheet pan from the oven, veggies are done.

Tumble all the sausage and red onions over the top of the veggies.

Drizzle half of the sauce over the sheet pan. Return the sheet pan
to the oven and continue to cook for another
15 minutes longer.

Sheet-Pan -Maple-Dijon Sausage and Fall Veggies
taste great with some...
ICE COLD BEER

For sure serve your Sheet Pan dinner from the Sheet Pan!

Load up a bowl with a side of the sauce.

Lots Of Fall Flavors Right Here!

Enjoy!

P.S.

Remember, all the slice and dice can be done a day ahead.

Remember,  you can change Potatoes for Sweet Potatoes.

Remember,  if you hate Brussels Sprouts go with Broccoli

And don't forget, you can add other favorite veggies to the sheet pan as well.
