Life Is How You Bake It.
Well, I baked a Fudge Cake because I absolutely LOVE Chocolate!
This cake is so fudg'n delicious you will go for it in the middle of the night.
Place 1 cup of butter and 1-ounce of semi-sweet chocolate into a large bowl.
Microwave on high about 1 minute until the butter and chocolate are melted.
Grab a Leopard spatula and give the bowl a mix.
To the bowl add in 1 3/4 cups of sugar and 1 cup of sifted flour.
Stir the bowl until well combined.
Crack in 4 eggs and give the bowl a good mix.
Pour in 1 teaspoon of vanilla and mix again.
Coat a 9 inch pan with butter. Line the bottom and sides with parchment
paper, allowing 4 to 5 inches to extend over sides.
Hack....Scrunch up parchment paper first it will lay much easier in the dish :)
Hack....Do this because it makes it so easy when pouring batter into a dish :)
Just start loading up the baking dish with the yummy Fudge batter.
With a Leopard spatula smooth out the fudgy batter.
Bake in a 300 degree oven for about 45 to 50 minutes. Check
it with wooden pick in the center and see if it comes out clean.
Trust me on this .....your kitchen will soon smell AMAZING.
While the Fudge Cake is baking enjoy some licking...YUM!
Tooth pick came out clean and Fudge Cake is done.
Let the cake cool in the pan on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
Lift the Fudge Cake out of the pan, using parchment paper
sides as handles, and cool completely.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Grab a pink knife and slice up some decadent Fudge Cake!
Look at that gooey Chocolate on this plate.
My eyes are glazing over.

Not sure how long this cake will last....
No one can ever resist a second slice!!!!!
