Calling All Pickle Lovers!
These Pickle Cheese Crackers aren't just for Pickleball Players but
the Cheddar Cheese did compete against the Mozzarella
and they tied in Deliciousness!
These Dill Pickle Cheese Crackers are salty, savory and perfectly crispy
with tangy dill pickles, cheese and just a sprinkle of
Everything Bagel Seasoning.
It's the perfect combination of flavors for an addicting snack and
pairs great with a nice cold beer or classic Coca-Cola.
Dill Pickle Cheese Crackers are so easy to make with just three ingredients.
Grab two muffin pans and coat them with olive oil.
On the first muffin pan add some freshly shredded Cheddar
into each cup (about 1/4 cup).
Next, add two dill pickle chips on top of the cheese.
Top with a sprinkle of Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Grab the second pan and add some Mozzarella cheese
and again sprinkle with the seasonings.
Off to a 375 degree oven for 9 to 12 minutes or
until the edges begin to brown.
Yum!
Let the crackers cool just a bit before removing.
With a knife they will slip right out of the cups.
Transfer the Dill Pickle Cheese Crackers to a
paper towel to drain and crisp up a bit.
Serve with some Ranch Dressing for dipping if you
like but they sure taste great all by themselves!
