CREAMY CUCUMBER PASTA SALAD

This recipe combines two of my favorite summer side dishes. Creamy Cucumber Salad meets Pasta Salad in this amazing and so refreshing summer staple. Pasta Salads have a big thumbs up in
my world. They are so easy to make and can usually be prepared well ahead
of time making them the perfect potluck dish that can feed a crowd.
I love a good cold past dish!

I choose shell pasta because it just screams summer to me. Go with your favorite by all means. :)

The dressing for this pasta salad doesn't have a lot of ingredients and that's what #Love.
Mix 1/2 cup of sour cream with 1/2 cup on mayonnaise  in a small bowl.

If you have access to fresh dill, it really really makes a huge difference.

Add in 2 tablespoon of fresh dill, two tablespoons of white wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar
and salt & pepper to taste. Combined all the ingredients and set aside.

Cut, 2 long english cumbers in half lengthwise and remove seeds using a spoon. Then slice away.

Fresh crisp cumbers are just so incredibly refreshing

Thinly slice up one onion.

Cook up your favorite pasta according to the directions on the box…I like it a bit al dente.

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix this yummy dressing up well so every little piece gets coated.

Grab a folk and have a taste. You will absolutely "Love".

This Creamy Cucumber Pasta Salad got wrapped up and
headed to Sonoma to feed a crowd along with…

A few other things :)

Enjoy!

P.S.

For a great twist you can also add in a handful of chopped cherry tomatoes or a squeeze of lemon juice.
