Egg in a hole, egg in a basket, toad in hole, hen in a nest. Whatever you call it, an egg in toast is one of lives simple pleasures.
Skip the bread slices and use the whole loaf as a vessel for the eggs. Just simple pull out pieces of the bread.
Butter each hole with melted butter.

How cool does this look. Pop the bread into a preheated 350 oven for about 20minutes. Remember eggs come in so many sizes so time may vary. Since the dish is bakes in the oven you can throw it together and let cook while you brew some coffee.
