BEST EVER MEATLOAF

If you have qualms about meatloaf at all, the name or the taste. I ask you then to put them aside.
This recipe will not disappoint!

Listen, we've all had bad meatloaf. Whether it came from the cafeteria or your Loving mother's kitchen, Well I am here to change your mind. Treat your meatloaf with RESPECT by making it with the same meet you'd use in any other meal ( basically, don't use scraps and garbage meat ).

Season it perfectly, treat it with care, take it out of the oven at just the right time. You can actually crave it someday like my husband John does.

It's worthy of a Dinner Party Dish!

Mix everything together! Ground beef, egg, crushed Ritz Crackers, chopped onion, milk, garlic, ketchup and sale & pepper.

Your sautéed onions go in.

Pour mixture into the prepared 5x9 pan and spread evenly.

In a smal bowl mix your apricot preserves, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire.
Mix well.

Spread half of the sauce mixture evenly over the meatloaf. Reserve the remainder of sauce for dipping and drizzling. Pop this into preheated 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours.

This smells so GOOD! Let the meatloaf sit for 15 minutes before slicing and serve!

Here is another way I used this same meatloaf recipe.
I put them in muffin tins and…

I made " Meatloaf Cups Cakes" frosted with Pureed Cauliflower and decorated with
