Have a Fiesta with these Cinco de Mayo Jello Shots in the limes.
Gently cut and juice limes, collecting into a measuring cup. Peel the pulp away so you will have a cute lime vessel for your Tequila Shots. It is a bit of a task to hollow out ( I used small scissors ). Repeat till you have 12 limes and enough juice to equal 3 ounces.
To keep limes secure, place them in a mini muffin pan.
Combine lime juice, an ounce of water and sugar in a small saucepan. Sprinkle with gelatin and allow it to soak in a minute or two. Warm over medium heat, stirring until sugar and gelatin dissolve.
Stir in the good stuff now Tequila & Grand Marnier and pour into lime halves. I recommend using something with a spout like a measuring cup.
Control yourself and allow to refrigerate at least 4 hours. Once the jello has set get your Fiesta Started!
