FROZEN YOGURT BARK WITH BERRIES

Frozen Yogurt Bark with gorgeous blue and red berries is delicious, fun and healthy!

Every time I pass the fridge, I open the freezer and grab a square (more like 4 squares)
and go. This is my dessert, this is my snack and this is my mid-day satisfaction.

I love Yogurt Bark that much, know what I am saying?

This is so straight forward, even A KID CAN DO IT.

Grab some plain yogurt and some...

Strawberries
Raspberries
Blueberries

Tumble into a large bowl 2 cups of yogurt.

To the bowl pour in 1/4 cup of maple syrup.

Pour in 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla and give the bowl a stir.

Add in 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice.

Add a small pinch of salt.

Dollop the yogurt onto a lined 10 x 15 baking sheet.

Spread the yogurt around to an even thickness.

Grab the blueberries and slice up the strawberries and raspberries.

Top the yogurt with the berries and lightly press them in.

As an option, sprinkle some nuts on top like roasted almonds...
and I don't mind the crunch :)

Off to the freezer.

Keep in the freezer for about 2 to 3 hours before cutting.

Perfectly Frozen .

Pull off the parchment paper and cut into random size pieces.

Frozen Yogurt Bark ready to be enjoyed!

Serve the Yogurt Bark in a Mason Jar.

Serve the Yogurt Bark in a cute metal tin.

Start whipping up this Frozen Yogurt Bark as soon as you can because....

A delicious, yummy and healthy snack awaits you!

Keep your Frozen Yogurt Bark in the freezer in little baggies and when
you pass your freezer through out the day, grab one :)

Enjoy!
