HAM SALAD SPEAD...OR DEVILED HAM SALAD

Ham Salad or Deviled Ham Salad, whichever name you choose to
use, will both answer in your mouth in the most
delicious way!

Can I just say....I Like it, I Love it and am totally madly in Love with Ham Salad, as in get
up at midnight to go to the kitchen and eat it out of the container with a

SPOON :)

Ham Salad is amazing on a sandwich or crackers and on just about anything!

And here are your ingredients!

I've only made my Ham Salad using leftover  Honey Baked Ham so I can't
advise the taste will be as Yummilicious or have the
perfect texture if you use some other type of ham.

Dice up some celery and shallots as much as you would like in your Ham Salad.
If you don't like shallots leave them out.

Grab your ham and trim off any big pieces of fat.

Cut the ham into small pieces and toss it into your food processor.

Pulse the ham but be careful because one too many pulses and you
could end up with pink mush. Just pulse 3-5 times.

Toss all the ham you pulsed into a bowl and tumble in the celery and shallots.

Pulse up the rest of the ham.

Dollop in some mayo, mustard and relish. The amount depends on your taste buds.

Give the bow a stir and have a taste. Maybe it needs more relish?

Taste Test For Me :)

Oh just a bit more of this and that :)

Pop the Ham Spread into a cute serving dish.

Cover and refrigerate till you're ready to enjoy!

Sandwich time....

Grab a fresh loaf of white bread from the Farmers Market.

Mayo on both slices of bread then the Ham Spread. You could add pickles too :)

Oh just a bit more Ham Spread.

I love Swiss cheese best on this sandwich.
You could add some
mustard?

Slice this amazing Ham Salad sandwich.

Have yourself a little picnic outdoors.

YUM!

Cocktail & Appetizer Time!

Share The Yum!

Bring a jar of Ham Salad Spread to a friend so they can enjoy some too.
Maybe they will return the jar filled with something
yummy that was homemade to you :)

Enjoy!

P.S.

Go ahead and cheat but homemade is way BETTER :)
