BUTTER SWIM BISCUIT BREAD

It's called "Butter Swim Biscuit Bread" because you
add the dough to the pan that has a 1/4 cup of melted butter in it. :)

The dough is swimming in butter and it soaks it up during
the baking process and it is AMAZING!

If you love fresh bread in the morning or just anytime, this bread will
be a great treat! It's so easy to make and has the texture
of a Biscuit so it's a total Win Win.

Butter Swim Bread is  Fluffy, Light and Delicious!

Enjoy this Biscuit Bread all by itself or top
a slice off with your favorite Jelly or Jam.

Biscuit Bread Baking Begins. :)

In a large bowl add in 2 cups of flour.

Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of Baking Power,

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Salt.

Sprinkle in 2 teaspoons of Sugar.

Give all the dry ingredients a Whisk Whisk Whisk.

Melt one stick of Butter and pour
into a bread pan 1/4 cup of the melted butter.

This is where the name"Butter Swim Biscuit Bread" comes from.

Lots of Butter for the Dough to bake in. :)

Grab 1 1/2 cups of Buttermilk and the rest of the Butter.

Pour in the Buttermilk.

Pour in the rest of the melted Butter into the bowl.

Grab a spoon and give the Dough and good mix.

Plop the dough into the Butter to swim.

Evenly spread the dough with a knife or just your Fingers. :)

This Butter Swim Biscuit Bread is ready for the oven.

Now bake this in a 400 degree oven for 35 minutes
or until the center is done.

You don't want to over bake this.

This is a Biscuit Bread so it will have the consistency of a Biscuit.

My timer is set because I get Distracted...LOL
