Chorizo Jalapeno Cheese Squares are perfect when you are
craving for a spicy yet comforting snack.

The beauty of this recipe lies in it's simplicity. It takes just minutes
to prep and delivers an EXPLOSION of taste that will leave
your Guests and Family clamoring for more.
When you're ready to create a complete feast it pairs fabulously
with your BBQ Ribs, Grilled Corn On the Cob and a Summer Salad.

Cook up two roles of Beef Chorizo and then drain the greese.
Finally dice up 1/2 cup of Jalapenos.
In a large bowl add in...
2 Cups of Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
2 Cups of Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese.
Tumble in the Jalapenos.
Tumble in the cooked Chorizo and give the bowl a mix.
In another bowl, whisk up 3 eggs.
To the bowl and add in 1 cup of Evaporated Milk or regular milk.
Slowly stir in 1 cup of Flour.
Keep Mixing!
Squeeze in the juice of a half of a Lime to the whole thing :)
Lets bring these bowls together.
Pour the wet mixture over the cheese mixture.
Stir the bowl well until blended into a thick batter.
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish up with Butter.
Pour the batter into the baking dish.
Spread the cheesy mixture evenly across the dish.
Slice up some more Jalapenos.
Garnish over the top with the sliced Jalapenos.
We are ready to bake!
Pop the dish into a 350 degree oven to cook for 35- 40
minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Allow the Chorizo Jalapeno Cheese Squares to
cool about 10 minutes before cutting.
With A Green Knife Cut Into Squares.
