BLUEBERRY ICE CREAM

You know what?

Moms are so cool, right?...

Why not make her some Blueberry Ice Cream and let
her Chill on Mother's Day with a big bowl of Deliciousness.

Blueberry Ice Cream is just Refreshing & Flavorful

What's the best part of this Blueberry Ice Cream?
No Churn and No Ice Cream Maker!

Just a handful of ingredients and a little mixing and your
freezer does all the work.

First Things First.

Whip up a Floral Arrangement for Mom.

Blueberry Ice Cream is more than just a dessert. There is
Joy in making it all by yourself. :)

Tumble into a Purple cast iron pot 2 cups of Blueberries.

Sprinkle in 1/4 cup of sugar to the pot.

Pour in 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract.

A squeeze of half a Lemon.

Give the pot a stir and then onto a stove top.

Bring the Blueberries to a boil over a medium-high heat.

Stir constantly and scrape the sides of the pot.

Then reduce to medium-low heat and simmer until the Blueberries
are cooked down and you have the texture of a sauce.

There will still be whole Blueberries and you can smash
some of the Blueberries if desired.

Tastes YUMMY!

Pull the Blueberries off the stove.

Let The Blueberry Sauce COOOL Completely because
it's going to be Ice Cream right?

I actually let the pot cool and then put it in the
fridge while I whipped up the cream.

In a large bowl pour in 2 cups of Heavy Cream.
Whip Whip Whip the Heavy Cream until stiff peaks.

Gently add in 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
and a dash of Vanilla.

Have a taste because it's Yummy too.

Lets Make The Ice Cream

Gently fold the Blueberry mixture in and RESERVE 2 to 3
tablespoons of the Blueberry to swirl onto the top of the Ice Cream.

Bit more into the bowl.

So Pretty!

Pour the Blueberry mixture into a loaf pan.

Top with the reserved Blueberries.

And off the freezer we go.

We will have Ice Cream in about 6 hours as
the Freezer does it's job.

Absolutely Lick Away!
YUM!

Time to fill Mom's Bowl with the homemade
 Blueberry Ice Cream!

She will have plenty left to enjoy all week long.

HaPpY Mother's Day To All The Mom's Out There.

The Ice Cream Maker Deserves A Bowl Of
The Blueberry Ice Cream Too.

Utterly Delicious!

I Scream You Scream We All Scream for Ice Cream!

Enjoy!

P.S.

You can substitute the Blueberries with...

Strawberries, Raspberries, Peaches and more.
