Caprese Boursin Dip is my new Summer party dip! We had a party last
weekend and I served this appetizer and it was
a complete hit with all our friends.
This recipe is so easy to make and you just measure
the ingredients with your heart.
You would not believe how Amazing this dip tastes
on a slice of Pizza, ya thats right, Pizza!
1. Grab 2 packets of room temp Boursin Cheese and spread it
out evenl on to a pretty dish.
2. Chop up about 2 cups of cherry tomatoes with lots of colors
and sprinkle them all over the Boursin cheese.
3. Pinch of salt and pepper over the tomatoes next.
4. Grab a carton of Mini Marinated Mozzarella cheese and pour
the Olive Oil Juice all over the top.
I used Bel Gioioso Fresh Mozzarella marinated in
chile peppers, olive oil and garlic...The Best.
5. Sprinkle some of the Mozzarella Cheese over the top.
6. Slice up some Kalamata Olives and toss them over the top.
7. Handful of Fresh Basil chiffonade goes next.
8. A drizzle of Balsamic Glaze over the entire dip.
Just measure with your heart. :)
9. Grab just about any type of cracker or bread and dip away!
It's Prime Produce Season so make this Fresh Delicious
Caprese Boursin Dip and entertain your friends.
I keep a truck load of Boursin Cheese in my kitchen because
it works for so many recipes and it's tastes Fabulous!
Balsamic Vinegar "Glaze" is different than just Balsamic Vinegar.
It's very syrupy in texture.
The marinade in this cheese is so much better than
just pouring the Olive Oil over the dip.
Is this cheating? Maybe....
I also served this Checker Board of Feta Cheese & Olives.
Pour Olive Oil over the top with a sprinkle of Red Pepper Flakes.
Measure With Your Heart :)
Grab a Toothpick Please.
Enjoy!
P.S.
What do you do with your leftover Vegetable Plater ???
I make a batch of Chunky Gazpacho and
enjoy it all week long!
Gazpacho recipe for another time.
Simple Cold Gazpacho Lunch :)
Gazpacho is also an Add With Your Heart...
Add some Hot Sauce, Salami and Cheese to you bowl.
Have a Tasty Vegetable Summer!
...and Summer is only HALF over!
