English Muffin Bread

This easy to make English Muffin Bread is everything you love about
English Muffins in one perfect large loaf!

No Kneading, Short Rise and you have
Homemade Bread!

I love all kinds of bread but my favorite bread is the
kind that comes out of my oven and
 makes my kitchen smell
AMAZING!

In a large mixing bowl combine...

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 packet active yeast
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt

In a small bowl add

1 cup of milk
1/4 cup of water
2 tablespoons olive oil

Microwave on high for about 45 seconds so it's hot to your
finger like a nice hot bath:)

Pour all the liquid into the dry ingredients.

Mix the bowl well with a Pink spatula until a smooth batter forms.
This is a wet dough compared to other breads.

Cover the bowl and place in a warm spot for about
30-45 minutes until the bread rises in size.

Butter up an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan and tumble all the dough in.
Smooth the top with the Pink spatula.

Bake the bread in a 375 degree oven for about 25 minutes
or until lightly brown on top.

Just enjoy the wonderful smell your that will be in your kitchen soon :)

Brush with melted butter if desired.
Yes, I so desired.

Let this gorgeous delicious bread cool before slicing!

Grab some homemade Raspberry Jam & Irish Butter

Slice & Slather with the jam and butter.
YUMMY!

I have made this English Muffin Bread three times this month.

This time it was with homemade Apricot Jam.

Have a bite and maybe go make your own
English Muffin Bread.

Toast It Too...

Enjoy!
