CREAM CHEESE CRANBERRY BREAD

Hold on to your oven mitts because this Cream Cheese Cranberry Bread is
so delicious you will be making it over and over past the
Christmas Holidays!

This bread is perfect for a dessert, breakfast, brunch or as a delicious snack.

Cranberry Bread is so moist with the rich creaminess of the cream
cheese and the tartness of the cranberries.

Santa is ready to BAKE and I see a glass of wine in his hand.

Fa La La...

Grab 1 cup of soft butter, 1 1/2 cups of sugar and 8 ounces of cream cheese.
Tumble it all into a large bowl.

Mix everything all together till fluffy. With a Santa spatula
scrape the sides of the bowl all around.

With a Santa measuring spoon add in 1 teaspoon of vanilla and mix.

Add 4 eggs one at a time, blending well after each.

Last egg in :)

Pour in 2 cups of flour.

Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

Mix the bowl till well combined.

The star of this bread is 2 cups of thawed frozen CRANBERRIES!

Gently fold the cranberries into the batter.

Santa has a glass of wine so I am going to have a
Cranberry Mimosa!

Back to my gently folding in the cranberries.

Butter up two 9x5 inch loaf pans well.

Divide the batter between the two loaf pans.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-65 minutes until a
toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Find a festive plate in your Christmas box to display
The Cream Cheese Cranberry Bread.

While the bread is cooking enjoy the batter :)

Wow this smells like the Holidays for sure!
Cool the bread in the pans for 10 to 15 minutes.

Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely.

One of my breads will be frosted and decorated for a get together
we arehaving at our house. The other bread
will be our breakfast toast.

I whipped up an easy cranberry preserve but you can
also buy some at your favorite market too.

Mix up some cream cheese and powdered sugar to taste.

No more DRINKING on the job Santa!

Spread the sweetened cream cheese on the bread and top the
it off with the cranberry preserves..

Add a little Jingle Jingle with some garnish.

Serve a slice of the Cream Cheese Cranberry Bread
with a dollop of cream cheese
and the cranberry sauce.

Have a bite because it's DELICIOUS.

Last year I didn't make enough of this fantastic recipe.
This year, I'm prepared :)

Enjoy!

P.S.

This loaf of Cream Cheese Cranberry Bread
was turned into our breakfast toast.

Good Morning Coffee & Hot Toast with
BUTTER!

Yum!
