BANANA OATMEAL FRUITY BARS

These Fruity Bars are so quick and easy to make and are a delicious
snack on the go and also perfect with your coffee in the morning.

The bars are made of One Banana, Two Banana ,Three Banana More....
Packed with lots of Strawberries, Blueberries, Peanut Butter and Oats.

Wholesome and Homemade!

Simple ingredients you can feel good about :)

Grease up a nice casserole dish with butter.

Smash up well One Banana, Two Banana, Three Banana More
into the casserole dish .

Dollop in about 2 1/2 teaspoons of your favorite peanut butter.
I used Jiffy because I just love it and I know there
are lots of organic ones out there too :)

Chop up a handful of fresh strawberries,

Toss the strawberries into the dish.

Tumble in a handful of blueberries.

Measure out 2 1/2 cups of Mr. Quaker Oats.

Give the casserole dish a really good mix to make sure all the
peanut butter and bananas are spread all around.
Then press mixture down with spoon.

Into a 350 degree oven.

Bake the Banana Oatmeal Fruity Bars for about 35 minutes
until a nice golden brown on top.

While the bars were cooking I whipped up some
Strawberry & Blueberry Jam with my left over fruit...YUM

These bars are making my kitchen just smell AMAZING!
Going to let them cool before cutting.

Slice and serve with some of the homemade jam.

This is just yummy. Put it on your repeat to enjoy
often and share with family and friends.

Have a bite with a little dollop of
Strawberry Blueberry Jam!

Enjoy!

P.S.

Theses bars store great in the fridge to enjoy all week.

You can also add nuts, peaches and more to this recipe, so let me know what you do!
