DIPPED PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

This Peanut Butter Cookie is just about the easiest cookie you will ever make…
So you do have time to accessories them :)

In a bowl add one egg, 1cup of sugar and 1 cup of peanut butter.

Grab you hand mixer and give a good spin in the bowl.

Make sure you scrape the sides of the bowl.

Roll heaping tablespoons of dough into balls onto and ungreased baking sheet.

Flatten with a folk to create groves along the top of the cookies.
Sprinkle then with a little sea salt over the top. Bake in
a 350 degree oven for 6-8 minutes.
Don't over bake!!!

They bake up in just a few minutes. These Peanut Butter Cookies taste best
when they are still soft and barely beginning to brown on the bottoms.

For the chocolate dip melt over a double boiler 3 cups of
chocolate chips and a tablespoon of butter.

Now lets accessories. Grab some sprinkles & crushed peanuts.
Dip cookie into the chocolate and then into
sprinkles or peanuts.

My batch of Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies headed out to Stinson Beach
as part of my hostess gift for our friends the Canady's.
They rented a beach house and invited a crowd
out to play for the day. It was
great fun!

I saved you one cookie so have a bite.

Enjoy!

P.S.

Let me know if you dip your peanut butter cookie
into something else, like maybe…
