EASY PEASY STUFFED MUSHROOMS


Hellooo pesto, I needed one extra appetizer and wanted it quick and easy
the other day, and (as often seems the case) was craving pesto.
So I decided to just make a batch of easy 
Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms :)

It is hardly a recipe to post- just mushrooms, your favorite pesto, and you 
top them with a variety of little garnish. But they were so cute
and delicious that I thought they were
worth sharing.


Preheat you oven to 350 degrees and carefully remove and discard stem of mushroom,
then clean and remove any dirt with a damp cloth. Fill your mushroom cavity with
your favorite pesto, either homemade or store bought (aprox 1tsp)
I used my favorite store bought because…
It was Easy Peasy that way :)


Drizzle a little olive oil over the top and pop them
in the oven for about 15 minutes till the mushrooms are cooked and the filling is warm.


Garnish with: shaved Parmesan or other cheeses.
That simple and so delicious.
Tip…
Theses would be delicious with some crumble cooked Italian Sausage or Crabmeat mixed in the pesto!
