This is my Crock Pot Pumpkin Butter and it seriously couldn't be any easier.
Let's first clear the air for those of you that don't know…
Pumpkin Butter has no butter in it. No dairy
of any kind. Seriously though, it's just as thick like butter.
I don't know who came up with the name?
This Pumpkin Butter tastes great spread on anything!!!
This super recipe requires very little of you. You literally dump the ingredients
into your crock pot, turn it on, let it cook. Done.
All into the pot:)
Stir till well combined.
Cook on low for approximately 6 hours. Do a few stirs
through out the cooking process.
You will not believe how Yummy your house will smell :)
I let my pumpkin butter sit in the fridge over night just because
I was not ready to jar it yet. But by all means eat
the pumpkin butter as soon as it is done.
Warm or Cold the pumpkin butter taste fabulous!

INGREDIENTS
4 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup raw honey or maple syrup (I used maple syrup)
1/2 cup apple cider
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon groung ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
a generous pinch of sea salt
