Ice Coffee Popsicles are the answer to a perfect pick me
up in the middle of a hot summer day:)
A cup of coffee always gives us a jump start and a ice coffee makes it midly delightful.
But Ice Coffee Popsicles??? Well it just makes a treat :)
All you need is coffee, sweetened condensed milk, expresso pillow,
cupcake holders and a shot glass.
Pour your coffee into the shot glass and drizzle in
sweetened condensed milk and stir.
Its up to you how sweet you would like it.
Once you have mixed the coffee and condensed milk then
add just a drop of condensed milk, don't stir so it
stays to the bottom of the glass. Now drop
in a few expresso pillows.
Make a slit in your cute cupcake holder and
pop it on your glass. Slide in your popsicle stick and
off to the freezer for several hours.
This one is for you. Have a lick. It'll perk you up because it's basically
a cup of strong brewed coffee thats been frozen
with a bit of sweet milk.
It taste Delicious and so Refreshing. :)
