Toast: Four Ways


My daughter Claire told me about the newest trend in San Francisco…Artisanal Toast, Its no longer a trend but part of the regular menu on many restaurants. I decided to do my spin on Toast at home.
Peanut Butter  & Banana & Sea Salt.
Peanut Butter, Banana, Honey, Sea Salt and Ground Cinnamon.
Avocado with a Kick.
Avocado, Radish, Shallot, Lemon Zest, Sea Salt, Olive Oli and Red Chili Flakes.
Lox & Chive Cream Cheese.
Cream Cheese, Chives, Lox, Dill, Capers, Lemon.
Mediterranean Veggie
Tomato, garlic Hummus, Sprouts, Cucumber, Feta and Olive Oil.
There are so many ideas to play with on Toast. Let me know what you come up with.
