My mother Elaine made this Napa Cabbage Salad all the time while I was growing up. Its so delicious and light. I continue to make if often because my whole family Loves it too. Don’t just stop with the salad this way, add chicken or salmon. I just served myself a plate.
Here we go.
Brown almonds on the stone top ( watch carefully they brown fast ). Mix cabbage and onion in a bowl. Just before serving add almonds, noodles, seeds and dressing. Toss
Ingredients
1 head Napa cabbage shredded
8 Tbs slivered almonds
8Tbs. sesame seed
8 chopped green onions
2 packs Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodles ( crushed-no seasonings )
Dressing
4 Tbs. sugar
1Tsp. pepper
1Tsp. salt
6 Tbs. rice vinegar
1 cup vegetable (shake well )
