SALSA DE PARMIGIANO

Small entertaining calls for Big flavors!

My favorite Whitehall Lane Sauvignon Blanc & My favorite Dip!

This Salsa de Parmigiano is just absolutely delicious and not to lie, the recipe
came right from Chef Michael Chiarello. He serves this dip with his
homemade bread at his restaurant Bottega in Napa, Ca.

Be careful! This dip is addictive and you may not want to share!

In a medium size bowl add in....

1/2 pound Parmesan cheese
1/2 pound Asiago cheese
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 1/2 cups of good Olive Oil

Chop up 2 tablespoons of green onions and toss into the bowl.

Give the bowl a mix. Cover and let stand at room
temperature for at least 4 hours before using.

This dip makes for a fabulous homemade gift for your friends.
So grab some cute mason jars and fill them up.
They will love you!

One!

Two gifts ready!

Pop the Salsa de Parmigiano into the refrigerator for up to week.

The ultimate dip just gets better and better...

We had a few friends over and my dip was front and center with my
peperoni stuffed with cream cheese and a cold bottle of
Whitehall Lane Wine!

Please help yourself with a dip!

The possibilities are endless with Salsa de Parmigiano. Put it on....

Bread
Crackers
Bagels
Tomatoes
Hamburgers
Pasta

Enjoy!

P.S.

This is for you!

Thank you Michael Chiarello!
