COWBOY CAVIAR




This easy Cowboy Caviar makes for a perfect side dish for your
4th Of July BBQ served in individual Mason Jars.

This recipe is a colorful blend of fresh ingredients and mild 
spices with a touch of lime juice.

Cowboy Caviar will makes your tastebuds go BOOM with its delicious flavors!

Here is how to make this Firecracker Cowboy Caviar.

Ingredients....

1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon chile powder
1 teaspoon cumin
juice of 1/2 a lime
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound Roma tomatoes seeded and diced
15 ounce can of black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
11 ounce can of super sweet corn, drained
1 red onion diced
1 cup red bell pepper diced
1 cup cilantro
1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions...

In a large bowl add everything together and mix.

Cover and chill for at least 1 hour for the flavors to blend.

Toss them in cute Mason Jars and tie labels on them that say...

4th Of July Cowboy Caviar "Boom"

This side dish will make you the Firecracker Star at the BBQ
