SHRIMP AND CUCUMBER SALAD

 


I love a cold classic Shrimp Salad filled with lots of crunchy
vegetables on a hot summer day. This is such a light 
simple recipe that is so delicious and refreshing!

You can seve this salad so many different ways but....

Don't Skimp On The Shrimp and Keep It Cool As A Cucumber!


Get a cutting board and lets get chopping!


Grab about 12 oz. of cooked shrimp and chop 
them onto small pieces then tumble them
into a bowl.


Grab some celery stalks and chop away. Toss into the bowl.


Grab a cucumber then slice & dice away and into the bowl.


Grab one large Shallot.


Slice and dice the shallot and to the bowl they go.


Chop up as much Cilantro as you like and off to the bowl.


Give this bowl of yummiest a good mix.


Add a pinch of sugar to the bowl and grab your
favorite White Wine Vinegar.


Pour into the salad 2 tablespoons of the vinegar. Stir the salad
and have a taste. You just might want to add more vinegar in your salad.


Shrimp And Cucumber Salad is ready to serve now
or store it in the the fridge for a few days.


Load up the salad and serve it as an appetizer.


Be sure to serve the Shrimp And Cucumber Salad Appetizers 
with a nice cold Sauvignon Blanc like
Whitehall Lane :)
