CHEESEBURGER DILL PICKLE SOUP

This Cheeseburger style soup is absolutely perfect for a crowd on

GAME DAY!

The recipe is filled with everything you would find on your hamburger
minus the lettuce and bun :)

I love this soup and WOW do the pickles add a surprisingly
delicious, unexpected flavor.

Totally serve this hearty Cheeseburger soup with a side of potato chips & pickles
just like you would with your hamburgers!

Grab some Elbow pasta and cook it just before it is al-dente because
the pasta will continue to cook in the soup.

Grab about two pounds of ground beef for the burger part of the soup.

In a large pot cook the ground beef in  just a little bit of olive oil.

Sprinkle in some Salt & Pepper to taste.

Once the beef is done put it in a bowl and set it aside.

Chop up one large onion.

Toss the onions in the pot you cooked your beef in and saute just a bit.
Add some Salt & Pepper.

Check on your pasta and drain.

Add to the pot some red pepper flakes. I like a lot :)

Sprinkle in some Onion Powder & Garlic Powder to the onions and stir.

Toss the hamburger meat into the pot and stir.

When there is a Cheeseburger around, so is the mustard :)

Squeeze in some of that French's mustard.

When there is a Cheeseburger around, so are the tomatoes :)

Toss in one can of diced tomatoes.

Pour in one 25 oz. of your favorite pasta sauce and give the pot a mix.

Cook on low heat.

Pour in about 32oz of some Beef Broth and give the pot a stir.

When there is a Cheeseburger around, so are the pickles.

Dice up a jar of Dill Pickles and be sure to save the juice.

Tumble the pickles into the soup. If you are a crazy pickle
lover like me add even more PICKLES :)

Absolutely pour in some of the pickle juice to taste.

Toss in as much pasta as you like.

Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Be sure to have a taste because maybe you want to add a bit more Salt & Pepper.

Turn down the heat till and cover till it's game time.

This soup is a Touchdown because it's easy and delish.

You'd be surprised at how many dill pickle fans there are out there
who will Love & Devour  this....

Cheeseburger Dill Pickle Soup!

When there is a Cheeseburger there is always cheese!

Fill the bowls up with the soup and top it off the some cheese!

Potato Chips & Beer always show up with my Cheeseburger, right.

Time to go watch some Football.

Have a little taste of my

Try dipping one of those potato chips in this soup..... OMG yum

It's Game Day And I Hope Your Team Wins.

Go Niners!
