FRUIT POPSICLES

 


Two Easy-Peasy Homemade Popsicles For Your 4th Of July celebration.

Such A Delicious Way To Cool Things Off :)


For the Red White And Blue Popsicles you will need....

Strawberries
Blueberries
Honey
Coconut Water
Coconut Cream


Puree some strawberries with a little honey and coconut cream.


Pour a bit of the strawberry mixture into your popsicle 
mold and set in the freezer while you whip up the second layer.


Mix together coconut water and coconut cream
with some honey. Have a taste . You may want to add more honey
if you want it super sweet :)


Pour the coconut over the strawberries and freeze for about 1/2 hour.


Grab the blueberries and blend them up with some of the
coconut cream, honey and a squeeze of a half lime.


The last layer to the popsicles are the blueberries!


Put the popsicle sticks in and off to the the freezer to FREEZE!


The Red White And Blue Come Marching In :)

Sweet, Tangy, Refreshing and did I tell you they are loaded with Vitamin C?


This is where I will be eating my Fruit Popsicle; poolside :)


Gorgeous "Orange Strawberry Sunrise Popsicles"

First pour in the popsicle mold some fresh orange juice about 1/2 full.

Next blend up some strawberries with a bit of maple syrup and pour over
the orange juice. Place the popsicles sticks in the mold and
off to the freezer to FREEZE!


This "Strawberry Sunrise" is for you!

A Delicious Frozen Treat.
