The Fourth Of July practically demands Red, White and Blue delicious sweet bites.
These Red, White and Blue Cheese Cake Strawberries are a simple patriot dessert with
a sweetened cream cheese filling topped with blueberries.
In a bowl add in 1 (8-ounce) block of soft cream cheese and
tip in 1/2 cup of confection sugar.
Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Dribble in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and stir the bowl.
These blades are for licking because this cheesecake is so tasty :)
Slice the strawberries in half and put them on a pretty platter.
Dollop the cheesecake mixture onto the strawberries.
Gently press 3 blueberries into the filling on each strawberry and garnish with a bit of green.
Have a bite of one of these Red, White and Blue Cheesecake Strawberries
because it's party time in America!
