BLUEBERRY JAM

Delicious homemade Blueberry Jam. This is a super simple recipe that's ready
in under an hour & a perfect way to preserve fresh blueberries.

Spread your tasty Blueberry Jam over toast, biscuits, scones, bread and cheese. I'll admit I
love it on vanilla ice cream! This Blueberry Jam is so good you'll want
to make a double batch.

No pectin or lemon juice necessary :)

Get to the market and buy your fresh blueberries.

Tumble 2 cups of blueberries into a sauce pan.

To the pot add in 2 cups of sugar and 1 tbsp of water.

Give the pot a stir.

Place over medium heat stirring occasionally until it comes to a boil.

Starting to boil :)

After a boil reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer 30-35 minutes until it thickens.
Stir the pot constantly.

Be sure to scrape the sides of the pot with a bright spatula.

Your jam is ready when you can run a line on your spoon or
when the jam is stirred, you can see the bottom
of the pan.

Pull the pot off the stove and let the Blueberry Jam cool.

Pop the jam into a container and cover. Let the jam chill in
the refrigerator for about two hours to set up.

Have a taste.

Yum!

The jam is cold so grab your Mason jar.

Omg how good does this look?

Pour all the jam into the cute Mason jar.

Your Blueberry Jam is ready to eat.

This Blueberry Jam can be stored in the fridge for up to 7-10 days.

The jam can also be frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 months.

Tie A Bow On It...

I made a second batch of Blueberry Jam to bring as a hostess gift
to our friend's cocktail party,

Homemade is always the best gift ever.

A bottle of Rose adds to a summer hostess gift, don't you think?

Enjoy!

P.S.
