CHEESY POTATO KIELBASA SOUP

Extra Cold Calls For Extra Cozy!

This Potato Kielbasa Soup recipe is full of cheese. sausage
and potato chunks! It's just something that you will be craving and that
sticks to your ribs and warms your entire body!

I pick something I love, like Kielbasa and say Sh*t lets make a soup!

Slice up about 3 pounds of Kielbasa and toss into a large pot
with about 3 tablespoons of your favorite
olive oil.

Cook the sausage for about 5-6 minutes on the stove top

Remove the sausage using a slotted spoon and set aside.

Dice up about 6 large carrots into small pieces.

Dice up about 6 stalks of celery.

Grab an onion and a few cloves of garlic and dice away some more.

Off to the stove top to the same pot I cooked the Kielbasa in.

Salt & Pepper then saute the vegetables for about 2 minutes.

Cube up about 12 small potatoes.

Pour into the pot about 6 cups of chicken stock.

Tumble in the potatoes.

Sprinkle in some dried parsley with salt & pepper.

Bring the pot to a boil and then reduce heat.

Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

Pull the pot off the stove and drop in all the Kielbasa :)

I could eat this soup just like it is now, but no....more to add.

Give the pot a stir.

Pour in 2 cups of warm whole milk.

Now add 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese tossed into the pot.

I said the soup was Cheesy! Add in 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese.

Dollup into the pot some yellow mustard of your choice....Maybe a bit more salt & pepper.

Put the Cheesy Potato Kielbasa Soup back on the stove.

Simmer for 15 minutes and serve.

Set The Table And Call Your Guests.

Dinner is ready!

This soup pairs perfectly with a great White Hall Lane Sauvignon Blanc,
crusty bread and a simple salad.

Yum, can I serve you up a bowl?

This is for you because I know you all would
love to warm up with a
hearty bowl of hot soup!

It's Delicious!

Enjoy!

P.S.

My husband had cravings for my

Cheesy Potato Kielbasa Soup for breakfast the next morning.

Yes He Did!
