STRAWBERY PEACH CHERRY JAM

Put on some Barry White, Lionel Richie or Luke Bryan baby, cuz this right here
is some sexy jam. Bits of succulent dark red cherries, luscious peaches
and sweet strawberries cooked into a gooey yummy jamming mess.

Ooooooh ya! Mornings are about to get a whole lot more incredible
with a jar of this on the kitchen counter!

Grab the summers finest...Cherries, Peaches and Strawberries.

About.......

2lbs fresh cherries, stems removed, pitted and halved.
3 peaches, skins removed, pitted and chopped into 1-in chunks.
2 cups of strawberries sliced.

Combine all the fruit into a large stock pot.

Add into the pot 1/2 cup of sugar....

1/2 of a squeeze of a lemon...

Warm the pot on the stove over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Then increase the heat to medium high and bring
the mixture up to a full boil.

Add in 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch.

Continue to boil over medium- high, stirring often to prevent sticking
for about 25 to 30 minutes until the fruit is broken down and thickens up.

Sweet Summer In A Pot :)

Scrape the sides of the pot with a strawberry spatula to get every bit of the jam.

For sure have a little taste.
Devine!

Ladle all the jam into some cute mason jars.

My Strawberry Peach Cherry Jams make for such a great

"Homemade Gift"

My morning got just a little bit sexier!

I like to use jam as a spread on my buttered English Muffin at breakfast or stirred
into plain yogurt in the morning. Fruit jam is fabulous
on top of any cheese for an appetizer too.

Any way you use this sweet and sticky fruit is sexy baby!
