CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER NO BAKE COOKIES

These cookies are so quick and easy to make and are really YUMMY!
They are a great option for a fast treat on a hot summer day- while still being made from scratch
and totally homemade! No need to turn that oven on.

This homemade recipe requires only a few, simple ingredients. Mix a little coco,
peanut butter, vanilla, sugar, butter. milk and oatmeal together and you will
have the most delicious cookie in no time.

A perfect tasty treat without the heat in my kitchen from baking in the oven is a winner for sure :)
It is 98 degrees outside where I live now !!!!

In a large bowl add in 3 cups of quick cook oats.

1/4 teaspoon of salt.

In a small sauce pan add in

1 stick of butter
2 cups of milk
1/4 cup of coco
2 cups of sugar
2 tsp of vanilla

Bring the pot to a boil for about a minute and then remove from the heat.

Whisk in 1 cup of peanut butter.  I used extra crunchy :)

Perfect....now have a taste!

Grab your large bowl of oatmeal.

Pour all that luscious melted chocolate peanut butter mixture
into the oats and stir to combine.

How easy was that?

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop cookies onto the paper
with a spoon in any shape or size that you fancy.

Top them off with several mini chocolate chips.

Drop & Sprinkle

Let the cookies cool on the counter top and then store in the refrigerator.
It's important to let them cool before putting them in the fridge
or they will become gooey.

This recipe makes about two cookie sheets worth of taste treats.

Why do I love these cookies? So many reasons!

Yes, dip them in a glass of milk.

My Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies make for a great gift.
Just tie the jar with a bright summer bow!

I am sure your family and friends will love these delicious cookies as much
as I do. Moist, soft, and chewy, they are bursting with
chocolate and peanut butter.

I saved one for you. XO

Enjoy!

P.S.

Yes! You can freeze no bake cookies. Just make sure they're stored in
an air-tight container so they don't get freezer burn.

Yes! You could change it up with ....

Coconuts
Butterscotch Chips
White Chocolate Chips
Mint Chips
Crumbled Up Candy Bars
Dried Cranberries
Make An Ice Cream Sandwich
