SHEET PAN BREAKFAST BAKE


No need to dirty up another pan! You'll have a FULL BREAKFAST eggs,
bacon and cheesy crispy hash browns in one single pan.

An All-American  breakfast on a SINGLE sheet pan.

Perfect for your brunch crowd or house guest.


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly prepare pan with some melted butter.


Place fresh bag of hash brown potatoes in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.


Pour 2 tablespoons of butter all over the hash brown potatoes.


Sprinkle over the top of hash browns...

 1/4 teaspoon dried Thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried Basil
1/4 teaspoon Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder


Give the sheet pan a good mix.


Toss over the top 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 
few bits of butter. Place in the oven and bake
until the edges brown 20-25 minutes.


Remove the sheet pan to add more goodness to the pan.


Create six wells and add bacon slices criss crossing each other over the potatoes.


Gently crack in six eggs through out and keeping the yolk intact.


Salt & Pepper.

Do you see two yolks? That means good luck!

Place into the oven and bake until the eggs whites have set and 
the bacon is cooked through an additional 10-12 minutes.


While the Sheet Pan Breakfast is baking grab your plates and utensils.
You will be so ready to dig in and eat like a

PIG


Go for it.
A little hot sauce.

Grapefruit Juice
or
The Bloody Mary & The Mimosa 


Breakfast Is Ready.


Just slice and serve!
