Cheese Ball Antipasto is a perfect centerpiece for any occasion!
Full of antipasto ingredients on the inside and covered in them on the outside.
Serve it on a platter with cold meats such as salami
prosciutto and crackers, PLUS wine!
In a bowl start with 24 oz of cream cheese soften. This will make two balls.
Sprinkel in ...
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Chop up about 1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes and a
a bit more for decorating the cheese ball.
Plop the sun-dried tomatoes into the bowl.
Dice up about 1/2 cup of red peppers.
Plop the red peppers into the bowl.
Slice up about 1/4 cup of chives.
Plop the chives into the bowl.
Chop up about 1/4 cup of parsley and
plop it into the bowl.
Dice up some good salami into pieces.
Plop the salami into the bowl.
No more plopping :)
Grab a spoon and give the bowl a mix.
Salt & Pepper
Place a piece of plastic wrap on the counter. Scoop half of the cream cheese
mixture out onto the plastic wrap and completely cover
with another piece of wrap.
Using your hands to mold the cream cheese mixture into a ball.
Do the same hand molding with the second half of the cream cheese.
Carefully pick up the cheese with one hand and peel off the plastic

DECORATE
Grab some of your favorite pitted olives.
Nicely slice the olives in half and grab your chopped up sun-dried tomatoes.
Dry them all on a paper towel to soak up oil before placing
on the cheese so they will adhere better.
Lightly press the olives and sun-dried tomatoes
the cream cheese to ensure
they stay on.
Brush with some sun-dried tomatoes oil from the jar.
