FISHERMAN'S SEAFOOD CHOWDER

This is a perfect soup for a day when your having one heck of a

COLD SNAP!

Tender shrimp, fish and clams are combined in a creamy white wine broth
with veggies. This flavor packed chowder recipe is a comfort
food that can be easily enjoyed on any
crazy Rainy or Snowy Day.

This Seafood Chowder is table ready in about 30 minutes :)

In a large Red Dutch Oven saute one onion in a about a 1/4 cup of butter till tender.

Add into the pot 1/4 cup off flour and stir together.

Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon thyme.

Slice up 4 potatoes into cubes.

Chop up one celery stalk.

Tumble in all the veggies into the pot and give a good mix.

Pour in 3 cups of chicken stock and 2 cups of seafood stock.

Pour in 1/2 cup of white wine to the pot and a fill up glass for yourself to drink ;)

Now bring that pot to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Grab any fish you love like...

Cod, Salmon, Tilapia, Haddock or Scallops

I went with Clams, Shrimp and Tilapia.

Slice up your large fish into bite size pieces.

Pour in 2 cups of warm cream. It's comfort food :)

Slide all your fish in.

Salt & Pepper to taste.

Cook until fish is fully cooked snd potatoes are tender about 8-10 minutes.

Add in a half cup of corn or more.

Pinch of red pepper flakes if your like :)

Soup Is Ready!

Grab some bowls and spoon.

Fisherman's Seafood Chowder is a complete meal on its own
but you could add a side like Buttermilk Biscuits
to sop up any creamy goodness at
the bottom of the bowl.

Enjoy!

P.S.

Some like Hot Sauce so go for it,
