Happy St. Patricks's Day...
Dip Your "Bailey's Chocolate Cookie" Into A Shot Glass Of Irish Bailey's!
In a large bowl whisk together....
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 2/3 cup of flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. instant coffee powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Grab one cup of soften butter and tumble it into another bowl.
Crack in to eggs to the butter and 1 1/2 cups of sugar.
Cream all the wet mixture together.
Pour in 8 Tablespoons of that...
Irish Baileys' Cream into the bowl and give it a mix or two.
In goes the dry ingredients.
A Irish Mixing.
Oh, for the love of the Irish this is not your paddle to lick.
Toss into the bowl 1 cup of white chocolate chips and stir.
Mine :)
Role or Scoop into ball on a greased baking sheet.
Refrigerate dough for at least 2 hours.
Bake at a 350 degree oven for about 8-10 minutes.
Let the cookies cool just a bit.
