It's John's Birthday!
Had to whip him up a Birthday Cake that can travel easy into the city!
So a rich mini Chocolate Bundt Cake was in order.
With Raspberry Liqueur!
Grab a bottle of Chambord :)
For The Cake.
In a large bowl mix
3/4 cup of milk
1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
4 tablespoons unsalted melted butter
1/4 cup raspberry liquor...Chambord
3 large eggs
Give a good mixing!
Add in one 15.25 ounce box devils food cake mix.
Mix and beat on medium heat for about a minute.
I am making my cake in two mini red bundt pans but you can
for sure use a regular size bundt pan for this recipe.
Transfer the batter to the prepared pans and bake about 35 minutes in a 325 degree oven.
Do that toothpick trick to make sure it is done:)
Let the pan cool for 15 minutes before you remove the cake,
Now For The Ganache!
Put in a bowl
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon seedless raspberries
1 tablespoon raspberry liqueur
Pour into chocolate 1/2 cup of hot cream.
Whisk all this goodness till chocolate is melted.
Have a taste because it's soon good!
Drizzle the Ganache all over the top.
Give it a Christmas Garnish.
You will love this Bundt Cake!
Happy Birthday To My Fabulous Husband John.!
Enjoy!
P.S.
And Thats A Wrap.
