HOT CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE


The simplest chocolate dessert for two!

Seriously thought, you're probably so over mug cakes and you're rolling your eyes
at me right now but don't do that. This will totally fix your chocolate
CRAVING like none other!

The Mug Cakes I have had before were SPONGE and a had had a weird texture....Why?
Because other recipes would put an entire egg into the Mug Cake when a regular
full-size cake often ask for one or two egg? This is not a full
size cake! 

Just omit the EGG....Yummy Chocolate with a moist texture.


In a small bowl mix together

1/2 cup of all purpose flour
4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoon granulated sugar


Pour in 1/2 cup  + 2 tbsp of whole milk


Whisk it all together.


Grab two of your Buffalo Check microwave safe mugs.


Pour batter evenly into the Buffalo Check Mugs.


Drop in some mini chocolate chips into the batter, no need to push it 
down and sink it in to the batter. It does
it on it's own when it bakes.

Place the mugs into the microwave for 70 seconds on high. Then check on it
and add 30 more second till done. (all microwaves very)


Look at that melted chocolate but don't put the spoon in yet...


Top your Hot Chocolate Mug Cake with mini marshmallows.


Grab a friend and dig in.


Have a bite because...

This is the best moist chocolate mug cake you will ever have. It's not
sponge or dry like other mug cakes! You will never use
another chocolate mug recipe again.
