ALL-PURPOSE PULLED PORK

I'am notorious for not wanting to eat the same thing two days in a row!

Pulled pork, however, is an exception. You can turn it into completely different
meals Mexican one night, Barbecue Sandwiches the next and even
Appetizers :)

It's a sure way to not get bored.

I have tried a lot of Pulled Pork recipes and this one it the top of the list.

Grab a 4 pound pork shoulder (bone in).

Place 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar and 3/4 cup of water.

Go get this Salsa Verde from your pantry.

Pour in about half a jar go the Green Salsa Verde into the crock pot.

Chop up one onion and four garlic gloves and toss in most of it
into the slower cooker and save the rest
for the top of the pulled pork.

Mix together all the dried spices and rub into all sides of the pork.

The Rub.

2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Pop the Pulled Pork into the Slow Cooker fat side up.

Top the Pulled Pork with a 4 oz can of diced JalapeƱos,
chopped onions and yes..... " Butter ".

Put a lid on it and for get it!

8 hours on low....

Yum! The bone completely fell of.

Have a taste.

On a plater take two forks and shred. (remove any large fatty pieces).

Save all the juices from the pot to pour over your Pulled Pork before you serve.

Serve your Pulled Pork with just about any sides you love for dinner.
