SPAGHETTI SQUASH PIZZA CRUST

I love Spaghetti Squash with Tomato Sauce and Cheese so making a
pizza version was just the next logical step. Right?
Just veggies and cheese please:)

Grab your cooked Spaghetti Squash and lets make a crust.

Measure out approximately 3 and 1/2 cups of Spaghetti Squash. Reserve the rest for another use.

Place the Squash on a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out as much moisture
as possible. The drier the Squash, the more crispy the crust can get.

Toss your Spaghetti Squash in a large bowl.

To the bowl add...

1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese

Fresh ground pepper & Kosher salt.

Give a good mix to your pizza dough.

Press the squash in a thin, even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet form onto
into an approximate 10-inch circle. Bake in a 400 degree oven for
about 20 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully flip
and cook for another 10 minutes.

Perfect Pizza Crust... Now for the toppings of your choice  :)

Homemade pizza sauce or store bought ???

Cover in a little sauce and top with the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

I decided to do a meatless pizza so I went with cherry tomatoes
but by all means it's your pizza...

Olives
Sausage
Pepperoni
Red Peppers
Green Peppers
Onions.

Bake for another 4-6 minutes, until cheese is nice and melty.

My pizza is done and just a sprinkle of basil

Slice The Spaghetti Squash Pizza and open a bottle of red wine!

Yum!

Have a bite of mine :)

Think we all
LOVE IT.

This pizza crust is quite tasty. I was impressed. The texture is not like thin
crust pizza exactly, so don't go into it expecting that.

It's different. But it's super delicious.

Give it a try because you already had a Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Enjoy!

P.S.

What going to be the next Veggie Pizza Crust?
