BREAKFAST BARS

I could become addicted to these Breakfast Bars. Although they are crazy easy to throw
together, they do take nearly and hour to bake. What I do is, make a batch at the
weekend and then you will have the oaty, chewy bars ready and waiting for
those days when you have to snatch breakfast on the run.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Warm one can of condensed milk on the stove top.

Meanwhile, mix together ...

1 cup of rolled oats (not instant)
1 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
1 cup of mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)
One cup of mixed chopped walnuts and peanuts (I used salted)

Add the warm condensed milk to the mixture.

Use a "Green" rubber spatula to fold and distribute.

Spread the mixture into a 9x13 baking pan with your "Green" spatula
or better still, your hands to even the surface. Pop
into the oven for 1hour.

The yummy Breakfast Bars are done :)

Let them cool before cutting!

Mind you, they are just like milk and cereal in a bar form, so there's nothing to
stop you from nibbling at one with your morning coffee.

Seriously Delicious so...have one.

They store well, they seem to get better and better. So just stash a tin with
them and remove as and when you have that craving.

We are going to our friends house for dinner and I am bring them
breakfast for the following morning. All they have to do
is make the Coffee :)

Enjoy!

P.S.

Yup they are healthy to so Snack on them all day.
