FANCY POTATO PUFFS WITH LEMON CREAM AND "CAVIAR"


Glitter, Confetti and lots of Bubbly = the perfect New Year!
 But don't forget the Appetizers.

Celebrate the evening with a perfect quick twist on the Tater Tots.
What's not to love about them?

Enjoy them even more with Caviar!


Toss your favorite brand of Tater Tots on to a baking pan and cook in a 450 degree
oven for about 25 minutes till golden brown. I used "Alexia" Tater Tots
because they are gourmet, meaning they are fabulously seasoned.


While the potatoes are cooking mix about a cup of sour cream and the juice of one lemon.


The Caviar...


The Tater Tots are done so lets garnish.


Place about three Tater Tots on some skewers.


Drizzle of lemon cream and top off with the Caviar.


And a sprinkle of chives.

How pretty do theses look?


Now if that was too difficult you could always go with the
Potato Chip :)
