YORKSHIRE PUDDING POPOVERS

For New Years pop open some Champagne and whip up some
Yorkshire Pudding Popovers!

These melt in your mouth puffs should be a staple to any roast you serve.
Any roast without theses Yorkies will be seriously lacking.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Grab a large bowl and add 6oz. of milk and 6oz. of flour.

Crack in 2 large eggs, 4oz. water and dash of salt.

Give the mixture a good mixing.

Yes, your leftover bacon grease from breakfast joins the Party :)

Pour the bacon drippings into a standard 12 cup muffin pan.

Place the pan in the oven until the drippings are smoking hot.

Pour you batter into a pitcher for easy pouring.

The bacon dripping are Smoking Hot....

Divided the batter among the muffin cups.

Off to the oven to bake until golden brown and crisp, 25 to 35 minutes.

These are deliciously decadent.
Dribble each popover with a bit more bacon grease :)

Garnish with a little fresh thyme.

Serve your Yorkshire Pudding Popovers in a silver bowl because they deserve it.

Make sure before your guest have your popover
you taste one. Now where is that
Champagne?

Omg...not even going share a one bite with anyone.
Fabulously Yummy!

Enjoy!

P.S.

This recipe makes twelve which leaves your a few for a late
night snack or to enjoy for breakfast in the morning..

That is if there are any leftover...
