MACARONI & CHEESE APPITIZERS


Macaroni & Cheese is one of the greatest side dishes in history. Back in the late 1790's Thomas Jefferson personal chef James Hemings made it popular. When they returned from
France James brought back some amazing skills and fabulous recipes
he had learned.

Macaroni & Cheese started to show up at the Monticello table regularly and at
every dinner party Thomas Jefferson had.

Here is a quick and easy Thanksgiving appetizer and yes
I am CHEATING because I have lots other
food to prepare. So go ahead and
cheat a little...


1. Microwave a 20oz box of frozen Macaroni & Cheese according to the box

2. Let the Macaroni & Cheese cool. In a bowl mix it together with one egg.

3. Add about 1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese to the bowl and mix.

4. Brush a 24 cup mini muffin tin with butter.

5. Spoon slightly rounded tablespoons of the macaroni & cheese into the cups.

6. Sprinkle the top with some more of the cheddar cheese.

7. Back in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes till golden.


Let them cool just a bit before your remove them.


Your guest will Gobble Gobble these up.
