FANCY SCHMANCY PIGS IN A BLANKET

I Love Love Love Pigs In Those Blankets. But I like my Schmancy ones the best.

Move Over Hot Dogs...

Bring on the Sausage & Everything Bagel Seasoning!

On a lightly floured work surface, gently roll 2 sheets of puff pastry sheets into
about 12-inch square, the cut into 4-inch squares.

This is a good way to measure your pastry cut :)

Lightly brush each square with an egg wash. (one beaten egg)

Roll sausages up and gently press the exposed edge to seal.

I swear by the Everything Bagel Seasoning as it adds so much
flavor compared to just salt.

Brush the tops with the egg wash, then sprinkle with the
Everything Bagel Seasoning.

It's been raining
Everything Bagel Seasoning:)

Cut each sausage into 4 pieces.

Freeze the pieces on a parchment-lind sheet till firm.

When they are frozen place batches into zip-top bags and freeze up to 3 months

Bake at 400 degrees. Place the frozen pigs on to a parchment-linded baking sheet.
Bake until pastry is puffed and golden brown, about 25 minutes.

Serve these absolutely "Delish" Pigs In A Blanket with a Fancy Mustard because they are...

Enjoy!

P.S.

Once you serve these Pigs In A Blanket to your friends
the plater will be empty in seconds.
