BACON CRACKERS


Cheese and Crackers are just fine. But put Bacon on a Cracker, now that's
an appetizer that everyone can get behind. The salty-sweet-spicy
crunch of theses Bacon Crackers will push
all you taste buds screaming for more.


Start with any rectangular cracker, like Townhouse Club.


Top each cracker with a piece of bacon. Thinner bacon actually works
best for this recipe, since thick-cut takes longer to cook
and might make crackers burn.


Use one cracker to help measure the perfect length of bacon you will need.


Top bacon with brown sugar. Don't be shy with the brown sugar-it
helps to weigh down the bacon so it doesn't curl up, and
there's no illusion these bacon crackers
are a health food anyways :)


Little sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper and Black Pepper.
Don't skip this part!
Off to a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until 
brown sugar begins to melt and bacon is
CRISP...


Long after you bake theses up in the oven, your kitchen is going
to smell like you lit a maple bacon scented candle.
And thats a good thing.

Top it with Cheedar Cheese
Serve along side Bake Beans
On top of your Spinach Salad
Dip it in your favorite dip 
Dip it in Ketchup
